Absolutely! I offer 30 minute, in-person consultations. We will discuss your service options and the details of the procedure. I will be happy to answer all of your questions and concerns to ensure you are comfortable.
I offer:
- Microblading
- Microshading (Powder Brows)
- Combo Brows (Both techniques combined)
We can discuss your choices online or by phone prior to booking or at the beginning of your appointment. Some styles are better than others for dry vs. oily skin; or sparse brows vs full brows. Your unique situation and desires will be discussed to determine the best type.
Depending on your skin, lifestyle and aftercare, your tattoo will last from 1-3 years.
Many clients choose to have Annual Touchups to refresh them, as they do fade over time.
Here are some factors that will cause your semi-permanent tattoo to fade faster:
- Oily skin
- Retinol or Vitamin C
- Iron defficiency
- Sun exposure
- Exfoliants
- Exposure to salt water
Your service is booked for 3 hours. This includes paperwork, numbing, and mapping as well as the service.
A Glow Up (both brows & lips) typically takes about 4.5 hours.
Two weeks! After that time you can resume all normal activity and makeup wear.
Be sure to plan your vacations and special events around this time to ensure healing.
Results will continue to develop for another 2-4 weeks leading up to your Touchup.
Any improvements or changes will be made at Touchup after your initial healing period is 100% complete.
Yes! Permanent makeup is a two step process! Based on the healed results from your first service, I will perfect your look at your Touchup appointment.
Touchups must wait 6-8 weeks after your initial appointment. This ensures complete healing and final results are achieved prior to the Touchup appointment. The Touchup will be complimentary.
I prefer you don't! Seeing your natural brow hair and growth pattern helps me to create a more natural brow.
Technically, no! Immediately following your service, there can be some swelling. The swelling will go down within 24-48 hours.
However, it DOES help to define the lip borders and event out/add color; which helps your shape and definition.
Therefore, Lip Blushing CAN give you the appearance of fuller lips by enhancing what you already have!
Everyone is different! Some have no pain and others find it uncomfortable. I use 2 different numbing agents before and during the process.
Typically once the second numbing is applied, the client is more comfortable.
PMU is considered semi-permanent. It is meant to fade over time. That is why yearly touchups are encouraged to maintain results, if needed! The longevity of your brows/lips depends on your lifestyle, skin type, age, medications, etc.
Brows can last 1-3 years. Lips 2-3 years.
